Lobby for administrative and business complex

CONCEPT

The design concept of the lobby for the administrative and business center is inspired by the architectural legacy of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the principles of the Bauhaus school, and the works of contemporary European architects. Their approach-defined by clarity of lines, precise proportions, and minimal detailing-forms the foundation of the spatial solution.

The interior is conceived as a cohesive monochrome space based on the principles of minimalism and functionalism. A key expressive element is the geometric rhythm of dividing lines, which is consistently developed across wall treatments, flooring, and lighting design, creating a clear structure and visual dynamism.

Concrete is the primary finishing material. The combination of varied textures, geometric patterns, and forms creates a calm and balanced environment. The lobby floor is finished with large-format dark gray porcelain stoneware, complemented by metal inlays that serve as navigation elements and subtle spatial accents.

Lighting is integrated into the architectural framework of the interior. Decorative wall lighting highlights material textures and relief, while minimalist local lighting adds refinement and detail to the overall composition.

The double-height space is defined by a stained-glass structure made of frosted textured glass with a clear geometric rhythm. This solution allows natural light to permeate the lobby while visually separating the second-floor office areas. The elevator lobby is finished with laminated glass, colored on the inner side, and enhanced by linear edge lighting along the floor and ceiling, creating a sense of lightness and spatial openness
