CONCEPT
The conceptual design of the public spaces is built upon the idea of "quiet luxury" and the tactile perception of architecture. The interior is envisioned as a smooth, natural transition from the dynamic rhythm of the metropolis to an atmosphere of home comfort and mindful deceleration.
The spatial composition is rooted in a union of restrained minimalism, architectural rhythm, and a deep engagement with textures. A harmonious backdrop is created through a combination of microcement with a beige suede effect, plaster, terracotta-tone porcelain stoneware, and wall panels featuring the textures of travertine and fine wood species. The soft neutral color palette is complemented by subtle color contrasts and thoughtfully designed lighting scenarios that highlight the volume and relief of the finishing materials.
The entrance group seamlessly blends refined aesthetics with everyday functionality. Integrated zones featuring live trees establish a direct connection with nature, while well-thought-out benches, bag shelves, and striking accent mailboxes make daily routines intuitively clear and convenient. A spacious lounge area, furnished with understated furniture and textured textiles, offers a comfortable setting for relaxation and unhurried conversation among residents.
