While working on the design project for a sales office located on the ninth floor of a building in the historic center of Saint Petersburg, at the intersection of Nevsky Prospekt and Vosstaniya Street, we sought to unlock the full potential of the location. The panoramic view of the city became the starting point of the concept and the main focal element of the interior.
The central feature of the space is the scale model of the future building. The layout was organized to ensure clear visibility from multiple vantage points, allowing it to serve as the compositional core around which visitor interaction is naturally structured.
At the heart of the project is a comfortable, bright, and welcoming environment where business functionality is balanced with a sense of calm. We created a restrained, tactile interior defined by soft minimalism, shaped through nuanced material choices and careful attention to detail.
Spatial harmony is achieved through a combination of light surfaces, ceramic textures, warm wood, and refined plaster. Natural materials bring depth to the interior, helping maintain a balance between clean lines and warmth.
The atmosphere is shaped by textured wood, textiles, and pleasant tactile surfaces, while the sense of lightness comes from a pale color palette, understated furniture, and soft diffused lighting that emphasizes volume and enhances the feeling of air and tranquility.
We envisioned this project as a space for calm, open communication. The interior does not draw attention to itself but creates a thoughtful backdrop in which the city remains the main protagonist—vibrant, layered, and constantly evolving
