CONCEPT
The primary source of inspiration for the BUTCHER House interior was the landscape of the American Midwest and the Wild West — territories where ranch culture and classic steakhouses were first formed. At the same time, the project deliberately moves away from literal and predictable imagery: there are no clichéd decorative elements such as bull heads or cowboy attributes.
The interior is built on subtle associations and conveys the spirit of arid prairies, immersing guests in the atmosphere of novels from the Gold Rush era. The textures of the walls and ceilings reference rocky formations and sandy landscapes, while dried plants serve as a delicate metaphor for the local flora. The color palette reinforces the connection to nature, featuring warm, natural brown-beige tones ranging from light to deep, насыщенно dark shades.
The characteristic ruggedness of a steakhouse is introduced through elements of stainless steel and concrete, adding a sense of strength and graphic clarity to the space. Visually, the BUTCHER House interior appears restrained and minimal, yet its expressiveness is achieved through a refined interplay of nuances — a balance of textures, light, and materials that creates a comfortable and thoughtfully composed atmosphere.
